Santa’s Village Project Possible Locations

 East Dundee, Illinois

Sterling Bay purchased the site of the former Santa's Village site in May 2005. The nearly 40-acre site is uniquely positioned as one of the few multi-acre sites in Chicagoland area zoned for Amusement Park use. The site features excellent frontage on IL Rte. 25, approximately one mile north of I-90. In addition, much of the infrastructure of the former theme park remains intact, including the 40,000 sq. ft. Polar Dome Ice Skating Rink, themed buildings, water park features, and parking for approximately 1,200 vehicles. Sterling Bay continues discussions with local authorities, development partners, and amusement industry professionals as to the future of the site.
